Join us at the farm in celebration of the season of harvest holidays! Together we'll welcome in Sukkot, a Jewish harvest festival and occasion to celebrate the abundance of the season and greet it with our tables full of community large enough to receive it all. We will come together to celebrate the harvests of this land, as well as tend to the heart-break and heart-opening we feel as we witness and experience incredible violence, loss, and resistance. We seek to open our hearts and our homes widely so that together we may do the spiritual and material work of resisting empire and building a culture and network of mutual care.
During the gathering, members of our house and broader community will offer ritual and learning. We will be with wisdom from our collective diversity of lineages including from Sukkot, Mid-Autumn festival, Yoruba practice, Navajo tradition, and others. Programming will include farm-fresh meals and optional group sleepovers in our Sukkah, songful morning prayer services and other morning practice, and learnings with visiting educators and in community-led workshops.
More information and registration can be found here. RSVP by Sunday, October 5!
All proceeds from this event will be redistributed to mutual aid.
